Our Teams

St. JOHN BREAD and WINE is run by a large dedicated team of chefs, waiters, barmen and managers working closely with Fergus and Trevor on a day to day basis.

Lee Tiernan is our head chef at BREAD and WINE. Lee has been with the company for some time, working at St. JOHN initially, then assisting with the development of the hotel kitchens in Leicester Square before taking over our Spitalfields kitchen in February 2011. Tania Davey moved from St. JOHN HOTEL earlier this year to take up the restaurant manager position at St. JOHN BREAD and WINE. Tania runs all things front of house at our Spitalfields restaurant and if you have any questions about private events, front of house positions or specific reservation requirements in E1 do contact her directly.
